Emily's new NyNy. Emily was never one to have a favorite toy or blanket (atleast for the first 6 months of her life) . But over the last few days she has been really attached to her tag blanket. She is having a hard time falling asleep without it. I let her sleep with it in the swing and I let her fall asleep with it. But once she falls asleep in her bed I take it away. I am too nervous to let her sleep in her bed with it. Am I worried about nothing?

Cute nyny (we call it that too). Your worries are valided. You can be a great judge as to how good her reflexes are with objects that are on her face. Aliana sleeps with a nyny, but it is one that was knitted (not a solid blanket so if it were to go over her head she could still breath). We have another one that looks like Em that goes in the car seat/out of the house.
