Lake of the Ozarks

We went to the Lake of the Ozarks for a Rudolph Family Reunion.

 My MIL maiden name is Rudolph.

Emily and her cousin Nick loved being outside.

Even though it was 95 degrees out!

They loved watching the ducks, turtles and fish.

We even fed them - ALOT! 

They both had a great time!

Look what I found!

We spent the morning playing outside.

Emily was watching Sesame Street while I was preparing lunch.

When I went in to get her, this is how I found her.

She is too cute!! 

StL Children's Zoo

We LOVE to go to the Zoo. 

 We are so lucky there is one in our town.

This time we just went to the Children's Zoo.

It is very hands on : with a lot of animals to pet and an awesome playground.

Emily had a blast!

The slide was covered on all sides with water.

The sea otters were swimming all around.

It was so cool. 

 Emily took forever to get down

because she loved looking at the ottters

Water Fun

We got out her water table, Duck pool and sprinkler

for a fun after nap activity.

She had a BLAST!

Looks like the dogs did too!

So she thought she would give it a try!

Bee Tree Park

We had temps in the low 70's one week. 

So we ventured out to a park by our house.

Ride to STL

We had such a busy weekend in KC that

Emily did not get her regular nap.

Emily slept almost all of the 3 1/2 hr drive home.

She was a tired girl from all the fun!

Royals VS Cards

While in KC visiting Uncle Michael we went to a Cards - Royals Game.

We forgot the camera in the car :(

Emily did a great job at the game.

  She is such a good girl.

It was a long day - this is her about 3 mins in the car

after the game.

KC Zoo

We love to visit the KC Zoo when ever we are in KC.

It is a great Zoo.

They have a tram and a train.

So much FUN!

KC Hotel Pool

KC B-B-Q Competition

While visiting Uncle Michael (Amanda's Brother)

We went to a B-B-Q competition .

G-pa competes in competitions so he wanted to check it out.

We had a great time. 

 There were FREE pony ride, a petting zoo and a bounce house. 

So much for kids to do. 

 It was awesome!

Bed Time Snack

As I was getting Emily's NyNy Cup ready for bed,

I heard her moving chairs at the table.

I turned around and this is what I saw. 

She had climbed up on the table

 to get some cheetos left over from dinner.

She just sat there like nothing was wrong.
